2. 「新會員」指於活動期內首次以合資格手機號碼於 KINETA Charge APP 完成註冊之用戶。
3. 每個KINETA Charge（前稱為 「SD Charging」）會員帳號（以帳戶登記電話號碼為準）於推廣期內會獲贈迎新獎賞乙套。推廣碼將以系統自動派發至合資格會員的 KC 錢包，會員須領取推廣碼才可使用。
4. 每單充電交易只可以使用一個推廣碼。
5. 「KC錢包」充電額只適用於KINETA Charge APP地圖上所顯示的充電站。
6. 活動受KINETA Charge APP的「使用條款及細則」約束。
7. 如有任何爭議，本公司保留修改條款及細則的權利及最終決定權。

The KINETA Charge APP is the new SD Charging APP, offering an elevated charging experience with a fresh interface and enhanced features.

Terms and conditions:

1. The promotion is organised by Bow Ma Motors (South China) Limited (“The Company”). The promotion period is from today till 23:59 on 4^th March, 2026 (inclusive).
2. “New member” refers to a user who completes first-time registration in the KINETA Charge APP during the promotion period with an eligible phone number.
3. Each KINETA Charge APP (formerly known as “SD Charging”) member (based on the registered mobile phone number) will receive one set of Welcome Offer during the promotion period. Promo codes will be automatically loaded to eligible members’ KC Wallets. Member must grab the promo codes before they can be used.
4. Only one promo code can be applied per charging transaction.
5. “KC Wallet” charging credits is applicable only at KINETA charging stations located in Hong Kong SAR marked on the KINETA Charge APP.
6. The promotion is subject to the “General Terms and Conditions of Use”.
