Charging credit terms and conditions<\/h1>\n

<\/p>\n

1. <\/span>Charging c<\/span>redit <\/span>is<\/span> applicable <\/span>only at the<\/span> Sime Darby\u2019s subsidiary \u2013 <\/span>Bow Ma Motors (South China) Limited<\/span> (“<\/span>Sime Darby<\/span>“)<\/span>\u2019s charging stations <\/span>located in Hong Kong SAR:<\/span><\/div>\n
HK Island<\/strong>: AIA Tower, Convention Plaza, Hang Lung Centre, Hopewell Centre, K11 ATELIER King’s Road, Kornhill Plaza, Lee Garden Three, Peak Galleria, The Centrium<\/span><\/div>\n
Kowloon<\/strong>: 83 King Lam Street, Gala Place, K11 Art Mall, K11 MUSEA, Kwun Tong Plaza, Olympian City 2<\/span><\/div>\n
New Territories<\/strong>: KOLOUR Tsuen Wan, MCP Discovery, MOSTown (Phase 5), Panda Place, Sime Darby House, tmtplaza Phase 1<\/span><\/div>\n
2. <\/span>Charging<\/span> c<\/span>redit <\/span>is<\/span> only available to <\/span>SD Charging <\/span>mobile app <\/span>members<\/span>, and can only be used via SD Charging app.<\/span><\/div>\n
3. <\/span>Charging<\/span> c<\/span>redit <\/span>is<\/span> valid for <\/span>24<\/span> months from <\/span>the <\/span>date<\/span> of purchase<\/span>. Any unused <\/span>Charging credit<\/span> is invalid <\/span>and will become void <\/span>after the expiry date. <\/span><\/div>\n
4. <\/span>Charging credit<\/span> can be used at <\/span>Sime Darby charging station(s)<\/span> within the validity period for the <\/span>charging fee and idle fee<\/span>. Every 1 <\/span>charging credit<\/span> is equivalent to HKD <\/span>$<\/span>1. <\/span><\/div>\n
5. <\/span>When customer<\/span>s<\/span> confirm to use <\/span>the <\/span>charging credit<\/span> to settle the payment, <\/span>charging credit<\/span> will be deducted first<\/span>;<\/span> Customer<\/span>s<\/span> shall settle outstanding amount by other means<\/span> if all charging credit is consumed<\/span>.<\/span> Customer<\/span>s <\/span>cannot select to <\/span>deduct <\/span>specific <\/span>denominations<\/span> of <\/span>the <\/span>charging<\/span> c<\/span>redit. <\/span><\/div>\n
6. <\/span>Charging credit is<\/span> specific for use by a single <\/span>SD Charging account<\/span> and is non-transferable to other <\/span>account<\/span>(s). <\/span><\/div>\n
7. <\/span>Charging credit<\/span> cannot be: (a) exchanged for cash or other product or other service; (b) refunded in any amount; (c) used in conjunction with any other promotional offer(s). <\/span><\/div>\n
8. <\/span>The balance of<\/span> charging credit<\/span> shall base on the actual electronic record per <\/span>Sime Darby\u2019s<\/span> system. <\/span><\/div>\n
9. <\/span>Sime Darby<\/span> reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without <\/span>prior <\/span>notice. <\/span>In case of any dispute, the decision of <\/span>Sime Darby<\/span> shall be final <\/span>in all matters concerning the use of <\/span>charging credit.<\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n
10. <\/span>In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
