It ensures that sufficient funds are available to cover the estimated charging fee and any potential idle fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The prepayment amount is calculated as the sum of estimated charging fee and maximum potential idle fee (HK$150).<br>Upon charging completion, the difference between total fee and prepayment will be refunded back to user.
