It ensures that sufficient funds are available to cover the estimated charging fee and potential idle fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pre-authorisation amount is calculated as the sum of estimated charging fee and maximum potential idle fee (HK$150).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon charging completion, the total fee will be captured from the pre-authorisation.
